What I expect from You
1. Schedule 24 Hours In Advance
2. Sessions begins and ends at scheduled times. Sessions begun late due to client arriving late ends at appointed time and are full price.
3. Come prepared, not under the influence of any, mind altering drugs, or alcohol.
4. Clients provide a complete up to date health form.
5. If cancellation is necessary please give 24 hours notice. If client gives less than 12 hours notice or no shows the client will be billed $30. Emergency cases will be determined at therapist’s discretion.
6. On out-call appointments, if client does not arrive within 15 minutes of scheduled appointments he/she is charged in full.
7. Out-call cancellation made less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
8. Payment is expected at the time the service is rendered.
9. Sexual harassment is not tolerated. If this therapist feels threatened, the session will stop.
10. Client will be clean, having showered that day.
11. Client will not smoke 15 minutes before session start.
12. Do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours before session.

What to expect from Me
1. I am competent and professional and address client’s needs before and after each session.
2. I am available by appointment only
3. I will return phone calls with in 36 hours, unless I am out of town.
4. Clients are treated with respect and dignity.
5. I do not discriminate against client’s race, religion, sexual orientation, political views, or gender.
6. I charge a fair price for all services.
7. Payment is due after session unless other arrangements have been made.
8. If client is dissatisfied with the treatment, and no other arrangements can be made, a 50% refund will be made.
9. I perform services only for which I am qualified (physically and emotionally) and able to do, and refer to appropriate specialists when work is out of my scope of practice and or not in the client’s best interest.
10. I keep accurate and current records and review client’s records before each session.
11 I customize treatments to meet client’s needs.
12. I stay current with information by reading, viewing videos, and attending a workshop at least once a year.
13. Privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
14. If I need to cancel an appointment, I do so within 24 hours. If it is an emergency I provide 20% discount on client’s next session. For non-emergency cancellations there will be 50% discount with client’s next session.
15. My equipment and supplies are clean and safe.
16. Personal and professional boundaries are kept at all times.
18. Clients are fully draped except for the part being worked on. The genitals are never exposed or massaged.
